Use of the service

You may use this service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Parent or teacher accounts are responsible for activity on child profiles they manage.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Intellectual property

All game content, artwork, and code are owned by braingamesforkids.com. User-generated content (display names, avatars) remains yours.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
