Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time — no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial?
The Explorer plan is free forever and gives you 5 plays per day so you can try the games before committing. No credit card required.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing is charged as one payment per year at a 17% discount — equivalent to getting 2 months free. You can switch between billing cycles from your account settings.
How do child profiles work?
The School / Family plan lets you create up to 5 separate child profiles, each with their own progress tracking and stats. A parent or teacher dashboard gives you an overview of all profiles.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy within the first 7 days of a paid plan, email us at hello@braingamesforkids.com and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
